Purrrlesque! is a vaudevillian performance burlesque troupe that was Voted BEST Burlesque for 2011 and 2012 in the Triad. We offer a variety style of burlesque entertainment that appeals to each audience we enamor while traveling up and down the east coast and in our home state of NC. Our troupe consists of head kitten: Tiger RoxXx, and a saucy family of artists : Jenn Martin, Memphis Muerte, and introducing XRay Esoteric!!! with our darling satellite Ambassador in Charleston, SC ~ the lovely Brandy Valentine. Being a troupe focused on many community outreach and fund-raising events, Purrrlesque produced the First Annual Purrrlesque Follies, a showcase burlesque festival for charity and the first burlesque festival on it’s kind in Greensboro, NC in 2012. This successful event raised $4,685 for a local domestic violence prevention foundation.  It is just one of the multiple events we produce and perform in each year for the community!

Purrrlesque! burlesque performs live shows produced by Feline Entertainment with head kitten Tiger RoxXx. FE started producing burlesque shows in 2008 with the collective thought process of growing the opportunity for burlesque in NC. We also try to bring music, comedy, sideshow, and many other styles of acts into the show, which is a traditionally blocked Burlesque ticket. This gives a show that the audience adores and remembers. We have a collective troupe of Tiger RoxXx, Jenn Martin,  Memphis Muerte, XRay Esoteric, Peaches de Vine, and Stage Slave Gavin… as well as a fine crew of kittens, volunteers, and guest talent. In doing this we have well recognized performers for the new comers to work with and gain experience pulling talent from all over the state and beyond, like Simora Cheeks as seen on the Rachel Maddow show, Big Mama D from Charlotte, Smokin McQueen- who performed on America’s Got Talent and is on tour in Australia, Rachel Riot, Meka La Creme- who performed at the Miss Exotic World Festival, Michelle Deighton Fairplay- who was on America’s Next Top Model Season 4, The LadyMan Sterling Maxwell… among many, many others.
